The building and apartment are well designed, stylish and very comfortable. I Love that we're located in the heart of downtown adjacent to the 16th St. Mall and all of the vibrant life and culture of Denver.

Steps from all that downtown Denver offers with fine food, shopping and light rail is just one of the reasons I wanted to live here. High ceilings, windows, modern appliances and valet garbage pickup every weekday right outside my door is amenities that add to making living here super special. Ree On-site gym will save me the cost of gym fees elsewhere and laundry and dedicated package boxes is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend applying to this community. You will thank yourself

It can definitely improve on some areas such as consistent maintenance and residence compliance to keep hallways as neat as homes. It takes a union.
